The goal of this office is to address concerns related to the safety, well-being, and rights of all YCS participants and staff.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Please complete the form below with as much detail as possible so that the concern can be reviewed appropriately. You may choose to remain anonymous; however, please note that\u00a0<b>if a concern is submitted anonymously, the Ombudsperson may not be able to follow up directly with you or provide updates regarding the status or resolution of the concern<\/b>. Providing a phone number and\/or email address allows the Ombudsperson to follow up within 24\u201348 hours if additional information is needed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">If you wish to speak directly with the Ombudsperson, you may call\u00a0<b>973-419-3519<\/b>, Monday\u2013Friday between\u00a0<b>9:00 AM and 4:00 PM<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Please Note:<\/b>\u00a0The Ombudsperson process is intended for concerns related to safety, ethics, rights, or organizational conduct.\u00a0<b>Routine operational matters (e.g., maintenance requests, scheduling, supervision questions, etc.) should first be addressed through the appropriate supervisory chain of command<\/b>\u00a0so they can be resolved as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">YCS also requires that employees report any incidents that conflict with YCS policy, training, mission statement, a client\u2019s human rights, and\/or the law to\u00a0<b>Human Resources and\/or Quality Assurance<\/b>\u00a0through established reporting channels.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"width: 95%;
