Thank you for contacting the Office of the YCS Ombudsperson. My goal is to resolve issues concerning the safety, well-being and rights of all our clients and staff. Please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible to help me accurately identify the nature of your concern.

Please Note: YCS requires that an employee must report all incidents that conflict with YCS policy, training, mission statement, a Client’s Human Rights, and/or the law to Human Resources and/or Quality Assurance.
