In 2004, the Blossoms Art Exhibit was created by the YCS Education Division to share with the public the inspiring artwork of children with special needs. Through each stroke of a paintbrush and every mark on paper, the vibrant and resilient inner spirit of each child came to life.
In 2014, Blossoms expanded to include artwork from individuals in our therapeutic residences and community programs, as well as live performances. The exhibit now showcases a diverse range of artistic expression—including visual art, dance, music, and spoken word—each reflecting the unique style, voice, and abilities of every participant.
We would like to give a special thank you to the bergenPac for being so supportive of YCS for more than a decade.
