YCS provides a wide continuum of therapeutic residential treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults facing emotional, psychological, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Our residential programs offer a safe, structured, and supportive environment where individuals can receive intensive care and personalized therapeutic support that fosters healing, growth, and long-term success.

Each program is designed to meet the unique needs of the individual—whether child, teen, or adult—ensuring the right level of care in a setting that prioritizes well-being, dignity, and personal potential.

Our therapeutic services include:

  • Individual, group, and family therapy
  • Milieu therapy and 24/7 staff support
  • Nursing and medication management
  • Medical care
  • Educational and recreational programming
  • Life skills development and enrichment activities

These services address both short-term stabilization and long-term residential treatment goals, helping individuals transition successfully to home, community, or less-restrictive environments.

With over 1,000 dedicated staff members, YCS brings together clinical expertise and compassionate care. Our interdisciplinary teams—comprised of therapists, social workers, psychiatrists, nurses, and direct care staff—create a holistic, individualized plan for each person we serve.

  • Individualized Treatment Plans: Centered on each individual’s strengths, needs, and goals.
  • Whole-Person Care: We support emotional, physical, social, and educational development.
  • Holistic Enrichment: Skill-building through art, recreation, sports, and community engagement.
