Funding for this project is provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to the County of Morris. Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis Bacon wage rates and reporting will apply. Attention is called to the fact that the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, sex, affectional or sexual orientation. Small, Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids.
The on-site visit will be Thursday, November 10, 2022; 1pm-4pm – including Q&A. Compliant bids are due Tuesday, November 22, 2022; 4:00PM No bids will be accepted after this date.
